The one hour consultation is $350 and is due once the consultation takes place. This fee is earned regardless of the decision to enter into an attorney-client relationship. This fee is non-refundable. If both the interviewing attorney and the client agree to enter into an attorney-client relationship the one hour consultation fee paid will be applied as a deduction of the estimated flat fees due as a retainer for legal services. Note, an attorney-client relationship will only be formed by the client’s signing of the engagement letter and payment of a retainer equal to the TOTAL estimated flat fees and agreed upon scope of legal services to be provided.

Estate planning services are charged on a flat fee rate. A fee schedule will be provided for you during the initial consultation.

Estate administration, probate, and ancillary services are charged on an hourly basis.
