Consultation

The one-hour consultation is $350 and is due once the consultation takes place.

If both the interviewing attorney and the potential client agree to enter into an attorney-client relationship the consultation fee will be credited as a payment towards the Total Flat Fees or Total Estimated Hourly Fees. Note, an attorney-client relationship forms by the client’s signing of an engagement letter and the client’s deposit of a retainer equal to the TOTAL Flat Fees (or Total Estimated Hourly Fees), as will be outlined in the engagement letter.

Legal Services

Estate planning services are generally charged by flat fees. We charge hourly when making changes to existing estate planning documents.

Probate services for the initial filings to open up the probate case, appoint a personal representative and receive Letters Testamentary from the court, are charged by flat fee. Further assistance past this point are charged at an hourly rate.

Trust administration is charged hourly. Price estimate available upon request.

Conservatorships/Guardianships for the initial filing of a petition, compliance with procedural notice requirements, and consultation with the examining physician or licensed psychologist, are charged by flat fee. Continued representation past this point are charged at an hourly rate.

Ancillary trust funding services (transferring Colorado property into an out-of-state trust) are charged by flat fee.

Ancillary probate services (transferring Colorado property owned by an out-of-state resident who is now deceased) are charged by flat fee.
